Sultan Qaboos Bin Said Al Said of the Sultanate of Oman, the longest-serving ruler in the Middle East and Arab World at the time of his demise, January 10th, 2020.
A 15th generation descendant of the founder of the House of Al Said. Aceded the throne on July 23rd, 1970.

Hany El Behairy – Haute Couture Fashion Designer. Egyptian couturier.
Famed designer Hany El Behairy has become the first Egyptian to participate in the Oriental Fashion Show at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, which was held on Monday, January 20 and entitled “The Wonders of the Silk Road.“
During the show, Behairy impressed audiences with a diamond-studded wedding gown, modeled by Egyptian actress Mai Omar.
Numerous celebrities have worn designs from Behairy Haute Couture, including Yousra, Laila Elwy, Warda Al Gazaeria, Elham Shahin, Safaa Abu El Seoud, Latifa, Hanan Tork, Dalia El Behairy, Sabah, Ghada Abdel Razek, Shaimaa Saeed, and Poussu Shalaby.

Previous Record: When it was inaugrated , the Princess Tower Dubai was the World’s tallest residental building in the world. It held the record from 2012 to 2015. This record was broken by 432, Park Avenue, New York City subsequently.
When the Princess Tower was inaugurated it broke the previous record holder of yet another Dubai record of 23 Marina which stood at 392.8m (1,289 feet).
