Sarah Malallah: Youngest Kuwaiti to Win International Piano Competitions

Sarah Maitham Malallah , youngest Kuwaiti pianist to win major competitions outside Kuwait.

The six-year-old girl won four competitions from Sept 2020 till Feb 2021.

Awards:

  • 1st place : Karabakh International Culture and Art contest, Azerbaijan (2020)
  • 1st place : 2nd International Music Festival ‘Astana Stars’, Kazakhstan (2020)
  • 1st place : Star Bridge International Contest (in the under 6 category), Germany (Feb 2021)
  • 2nd place : Russian III International Competition ‘Ca Ave Musica’, Turkey
  • etc…

Abeer Balubaid. First Saudi Female Pianist

Abeer Balubaid. Pianist. Composer.

Balubaid has also composed and performed two original pieces ‘Tempo’ and ‘Mystery’ with Saudi Jazz Band, Alfarbai at the King Abdulaziz Center For World Culture (Ithra) on September 23 on the occasion of 90th Saudi National Day.

She is also a Member of the Music Committee of Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and the Arts (SASCA).

Education:

  • B.E. : Bachelors degree in Architecture, Effat University, Saudi Arabia
